Bhagyalakshmi Industrial Corporation was started in the year 1982. Initially engaged in manufacture of Steering columns and Steering wheels for construction, material handling, agriculture and mining equipments subsequently the manufacturing range was increased to cover universal joints and propeller shaft assemblies for earth moving and mining equipments and our products conform to International Specifications.
The company has got two units and a sister concern M/S EMFI POWER PRODUCTS with experienced technical team and dedicated work force with sufficient working space engaged in Design, Development, Manufacture and supply of Steering Wheels, Steering columns and universal joints and propeller shaft assemblies for Earth Moving, Mining and Material handling equipments.
It has got good manufacturing facilities such as CNC Turning centers, Gear Hobbing, semi automatic CO2 welding, Milling , Surface Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding , Hydraulic presses, Radial Drilling machines etc.
The company is equipped with Torque and Bending movement test facilities for steering columns and Dynamic Balancing Machine for propeller shaft assemblies. After assembly our products are tested for quality parameters to maintain quality standards to the satisfaction of the customers.
The company has developed and supplying straight, Tiltable and Tiltable with Telescopic steering columns with different type of bases and attachments for the customers as per their requirements. The steering wheel hub fitment can be made as per customer specifications. The steering wheel is provided with covering grip & knob (spinner) with an option.
The columns suits standard power steering control units of Eaton, Danfoss, Rane, Rexroth, Ognibene etc.
